Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits, final payments, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation Policy and your event agreement. Please review both before booking.

Alcohol Service and Responsible Drinking

  • We serve alcohol only to guests of legal drinking age and may ask for valid identification.
  • Our team may refuse or stop service to anyone who appears underage or intoxicated, or when safety is a concern.
  • Clients are responsible for meeting venue requirements and any permits or licenses that apply to their event, unless the event agreement states otherwise.
  • Please drink responsibly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, videos, logos, recipes, designs and the Craft Cartel name and brand, belongs to Craft Cartel or its licensors and is protected by law.
