Craft Cartel’s Cancellation Policy for Bartending Services

At Craft Cartel, we strive to provide exceptional service and clear communication regarding our cancellation policy. Please review the following terms carefully:

  1. Deposit Refund Policy:
    • Deposits are fully refundable if the event cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date.
    • If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This policy is in place because we reserve the date exclusively for you, declining other potential bookings and securing necessary staff and resources.
  2. Final Payment:
    • The final payment for your event must be made one week prior to the event date.
    • Any payments made within this one-week period are non-refundable, as we have already incurred costs preparing for your event, including staffing, equipment, and purchases specific to your needs.
  3. Day-of Cancellations:
    • If a cancellation occurs on the day before or the day of the event, no refunds can be issued. At this stage, all preparations for your event have been completed, including the reservation of staff and resources.
  4. Weather and External Factors:
    • Please note that our services are provided as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather or other external factors beyond our control. This is particularly relevant for outdoor events planned during uncertain weather months.
  5. Contractual Agreement:
    • Our contracts include an ‘Act of God’ clause for events affected by uncontrollable circumstances. We recommend considering event insurance for complete protection against such risks.
